Lol, I am probably about the only one that thinks IF this letter is true it is actually a positive for Range. "Restrict" activities "untill they pass a petroleum law", which they expect to do "very" soon. It does not suggest that range would have to pull out of puntland, nor does it even suggest huge opposition to the deal from the TFG like the propagandists at garowre online would like to make us think. It is just the TFG trying to establish valid law in the country, it only makes the range/puntland deal more binding.
