Well - turn a quid for CPS and the company and new holders who buy in before the p@d at a price lower than the option conversion price.
But your exactly right - the cps capital raisings which are bonifide (vor - hun) - all spell out in detail how the money will be spent. The ones that are on the nose (Fer, Rob, Har) - have a vague statement about working capital(read directors fees).
I think our difference is that your looking at it from an existing holders position - whereas im coming from it as a non-holder (like you) - and looking at it as where to from here. I see onwards and upwards - just like the charts always say - after a cps deal. After the parties over not so good - but only for those left - and so the cycle begins again.
Anyway time will tell. One thing that has surprised me is how how long cps take to get their money. Usually quite a few months - (sometimes over a year) - which is why such a long expiry date on the options. So theres certainly no rush thats for sure. All the best.
