The Sunday Times is reporting that The Appeal on Twiggys high court case will hand down its decision this week in Adelaide.
If the Appeal is dismissed the Paper is reporting He may face a hefty fine and a Suspension of up to seven years from being a Director of any Company.
This would mean He would need to resign from a number of other Companies, not just FMG
My opinion is that Fridays huge sell down was in part due to some people getting nervous ahead of the big day..
This must be a very worrying time for Mr Forrest. He considers his credibility within the business world to be everything, and for him to face such a possible fate and the humiliation that would follow must be weighing heavily on his mind.
According to the article tens of millions have been spent by the Defence in this case, so clearly He has had the best representation that money can buy.
To add to his woes FMGs market value has fallen by 2 billion in recent times, just when it needs a strong SP to assist with its multi billion dollar exspansion plans.
