I note, with some concern, a person named Rahiza Zulkifli appeared to be a member of "Kuantan Mothers to Stop Lynas" on 05/11/2012.

If that person is the same person quoted in your post, it is important we know her qualifications for the mentioned "concerned citizens' group" & if the rest of the group members have similar qualifications.
