FORMER DIRECTORS WAYNE RYDER AND LEON REISGYS
SUPREME COURT LEGAL ACTION AGAINST APHRODITE GOLD LIMITED
SET FOR TRIAL
On 20 September 2013 former Directors Wayne Ryder and Leon Reisgys as Plaintiffs issued
a Writof Summons against Aphrodite Gold Limited seeking payment of substantial
termination entitlements under their employment contracts and employment law.
THE TRIAL HAS BEEN LISTED TO COMMENCE IN THE SUPREME COURT OF
WESTERN AUSTRALIA ON 28 NOVEMBER 2016.
This action arose out of Aphrodite’s refusal to pay Ryder and Reisgys entitlements claimed
by them on termination of their employment as Executive Directors on 19 July 2013.
The Supreme Court has further advised that the Trial is set for a duration of 5 days.
