Nothing new here - Alcoa is using AWC as a cheap funding source to finance its pipeline projects.
AWC shareholders get diluted and the juice is left for the Americans.
Saying that the stock will probably still go up and do better than the market as its a low priced stock. But when the rally is over it will fall like a stone.
