I posted in general to give people an idea, i was not going to list everything, Potatoes, i never said they contained fat but they are starch, starch is a sugar and your liver will convert the starch to fat. I forgot to add cheese, i have been eating cheese like a crazy person, blue cheese, brie, pecorino, except the fake cheese of dubious manufacture.
Even stopped drinking beer wine spirits, avoid all diet cola and pepsi, it has nasty additives, changes gut culture over time.
As for drinks, i make kambucha tea, its fizzy and no sugar. Beetroot is full of sugar as are all beets, but it has been know to improve kidney function , I have an industrial juicer and make juice from Kale, beetroot, ginger, celery, and carrots, so yes my list was not precise but it works for me.
