    PE x 9 is just a conservative PE i use for mining stocks due to limited mine life. however, ATC has a 250 year mine life so if they pay a 14 cent dividend for 250 years it will have a PE ratio of more than 9

    14 cent fully franked dividend earning 8.5% gross is worth $2.35
