There is no doubt that if deal goes ahead as proposed this is a huge result for NCM.
Given the size of the merged entity + where I expect the gold price to head near term I will elect to hold scrip in the new entity and look for a 25% - 40% share price appreciation by the end of 2010 from current levels.
