BHP has shut down half of Hay Point again for 1 month maintenance - this should give DB another kick along as happened when Hay Point closed recently due to cyclone damage.

Still waiting for the final analysis of the NGPL decision - this should allow PIH to make a call on the next quarterly div. If the impact is minimal and div is maintained or even increased we should see the SP move up again. My opinion only.
