Yes the Australian real estate market is just silly.
People are thowing away good money, a mortgage not dissimilar to a noose around ones neck that will tighten and tighten.
That hose pictured should not be worth anymore than a couple hundred grand.
When the S hits the fan, the crashing realestate market will cuase such a domino effect that there will be complete chaos and bedlam.
