Box Hill is now a very Chinese suburb.
Train station tram line and bus terminus. Market. Hospital. TAFE. Library. Shopping plaza times two. Street shopping. Lots of restaurants.
Not that many suburbs have all that, unless you go to the some of the old areas of the inner city. The Chinese have in the last 30 years paid a premium for "the extras".
