It has to be fantasy,its never been tried before.Well it has but didnt work.If it continues to rally then well and good for all.But the last time manipulation was tried on the markets it all eventually fell apart when the market started to move beyond the parameters of the trading model the manipulators were using due to uncontrollable factors.Where does all the money come from to pay for something that doesnt exist(continued profits/good earnings).In this case there are billions that were removed from the markets as they went down previously.As the article says,theres little volume occurring so its not costing nearly as much to create a rally.
