There still seems to be some good discussion, posting of links etc. The Perth market fast facts thread is of great interest to me, as people always provide reading material I would not have found myself.
The consensus of the bullish end of the forum seems to be 3-5 years of no nominal price gain (ie, 15% real loss), while the bearish end of the forum seems to expect a ~40% nominal, relatively near-term bubble pop situation. Oh sorry, I forgot to include BIS Shrapnel (up 20% in 3 years) in that summary of views.
I hope for the former, as it would be far less destructive to the economy as a while I think.
