It's the property bubble that is finished. I am sorry to spoil the party, but the HC forum has an audience of a couple of dozens at most. We can't ramp down the market even if we wanted to. And the market won't collapse, unless it is debt laden and is overdue to give.

Nobody can nor will stop you. There is no agenda. Although I do admit there are some of us relish a housing crash for very different reasons individually.

It's only good for the future young people that housing will becoming affordable again.
