The High Court trial was supposed to be the expedited case, not the Appeal.
Really doesn't matter where the SP is at the present (although most would prefer going up).
All that counts is we have the appeal overthrown and what happens to the SP if that occurs.
Agree its a pain waiting and watching it slide.
