    they do not have to give any notice of their intention to deliver a decision ....in normal circumstances the court would notify all parties that the verdict is to be handed down at.........on.......etc.
    they do not even have to attend it may also be delivered by courier ...although not expected as it involves an ASX listed company.......cheers my opinion only.
