The $750,000 sub underwriting deal is a bit of a
“Disallowed sale”. As I read it it’s only going to get hit if there is over 750,000 but under1.5 million taken up in the SPP. so what is the likelihood of it being hit ???
Even if it was a real take up of $750,000 in this raise it’s well short of the $10,000,000 DL was going on that the DfD was desperate to invest.
