Was reading heg stuff too..... i don't think this brokershop sino have taken a stake.... rather they arranged a placement of 2.9 mills......... it's not sino gold it's a broker based in melb with offices in hk with connection to chinese and hk investors here and overseas by the looks.... took this from their website........
