Sure - in some cases than is true.
But look at the facts here with LPD! Excellent future projects - good team - ticking all the boxes - announcements coming - future production - this is just getting closer to the day.
Looks to me that there is just fewer sellers coming to the party and of course this will increase the price as buyers want the stock!
