The problem with this logic is that you won't know when it is MOST undervalued...
How do you know, on the way down, if you shouldn't wait just a little bit longer... a little bit lower...
Another issue is that 'yesterdays' SP was at certain value because of a certain amount of risk and a certain investing environment.
Today's sale price has a different amount (usually less) uncertainty, and a different investing environment. As people have stated, the fact that GXY is on board with 12% makes this a whole different ball-game.
You can't expect to get today's product at yesterdays prices...
