You can then login (i.e. identify yourself) using your holding details:
* Select "Extract Resources Limited" as the issuer.
* Enter your "Holder Id Number". This is on your holding statement. The id must begin with either an X, an I or a C. For example, on my chess holding statement for Extract, there is a 10 digit id number (including leading zeroes). I preceded the 10 digit number with an X when entering my id at the Link site.
* Enter your Surname
* Enter your postcode.
Then hit validate.
If what you have entered is correct, the site will bring up your current holding of Extract shares. If not, you can make corrections and try again.
After being validated, click on "Proxy Voting" written in red on the right hand side of the screen.
