Thanks for reply BB but I'm still not sure which way to vote.
Do you think it is in our best interest to vote yes to the recent proposal giving Kalahari shares at a reduced rate when we are fairly sure that the DFS and resource upgrade will be positive and hence have a positive effect on the share price - meaning that we can raise funds later with less dilution to independent investors.
Surely Kalahari knows this and is just trying to get in early before the price rise - as you say they are solely an investor in EXT and were initially hoping this would go through without having to be put to a vote. In their defence they could have done this at $6 earlier on - not sure why they didn't.
I'm not trying to be argumentative - just not sure which way to vote and feel that maybe Kalahari are trying to take advantage of their position. Do you really think this capital raising is in the best interest of all EXT holders or just Kalahari?
