Well it is for no reason that CTO is plugged by Neil, he likes CTO. If you do some research or actually read the contents of CTO site, one will find that it is a well managed company. It started as a vision of the current CEO's father gary Lynch. it has been a culmination of over over 30 years of proving up and now a producer. CTO will fly when gold starts getting its act together.
