That would be true if the company puts out good news after buying back but then ASX could question withholding of price sensitive news ahead of buyback, and the other well you buy on what you think a stock is worth and cash in bank and as nothing has changed yet then how can you say it adds value instead look at the last buy back and tell me does it still give you the same confer dance you just had.

As I said we need facts put to the ASX that can be proven credible this is the only thing that will change CDU the rest is smoke and mirrors from those that want to see it go down and those that want it to go up and the only real ones that gain will trade it.
