Just did some "catch up" research on good old ASC to see if it's worth a punt.

I don't think it is.

Firstly the profits from the online business are not seeing any growth. I believe they are in "run-off" where they had a massive customer base but these people are slowely leaving and they cannot be replaced fast enough.

Online advertising I think is now done via web master programs. The search engines don't seem to contain ASC sites any more (at least not in the top positions).

Reading there latest report it seems the online business might die altogether due to changes proposed by visa and mastercard.

So basically ASC looks like a very marginal business.
