Please talk to the company first. I have no doubt there are many precedents and plenty of grounds - hence my earlier posts on this subject you raise. See the one just under Tweets a few days back.

Is it worth the fight? - you had better make sure first. We want CXY to get on with business and focus. It may not be worth it in the end even if we are angry now take a step back and a deep breath - as you say think before you act.

We have 5 years to come back at this issue legally so those who have slandered, falsely accused, misrepresented, discriminated, disrupted a commercial operation operating within the laws of the land, lied etc., even if in ignorance - can be taken down. It is all on public record and as I have said truth, fact / science are on our side. Let the leading trouble makers in the KKKK (sorry KCCG) keep on digging if they want to.

Len and Brad will do the right thing - steer the right course IMO.
