yup sure can....
my only gripe is the further dilution of the share price.
But this announcement points to so many good things, such as a enthusiastic view on getting in and getting the uranium out!!!!!!!
should see the market react favourably tommorow, either that or the big boys will try and push it down before the cut off date.
