You almost have to see the funny side of this, not only does the MD get $350k a year in salary mange 3 drill holes and run DD on a project he already owns in another entity, now another MD controlled business has charged DMG back dated rent of $300k since 2015 (this is not a joke, check out the annual report).

Must have been overlooked previously due to all the hard work getting done. Must be very stressful sitting around thinking of new ways to extract DMG shareholder funds into your other personally controlled companies...
