If you start listening to those brokers reports you won't get far. At the beginning of year they were all saying oil would be lucky to be $65 dollars a barrels and now there are calls for $100 dollar barrel. The one thing you can be sure of is that most of them are behind the curve on the oil price at the moment, if the price of brent crude holds up over the next couple of months they will all come out with buys on beach and new valuations, that's when I know it's time to sell..
