Have posted recently regarding doubts I had.

Please read the financials VTI just released.

Company reported a loss of 7.61 million ....

have a look at where the loss comes from .... this I cannot believe .... 5.68 mio paid to directors for performance bonus. Is this correct ???

In the report it states it hopes the bonus will be settled by issue of shares !!!!

Company had roughly 11 mio in cash .... never made a profit and it is paying its directors 5.68 mio as a performance bonus ???? Is this correct ???

I am not sure if I am reading this correctly ??? Have I made some awful mistake ???? If so I am sorry !!!!
