    When Petra initiated coverage, it was stated that it was Petra that approached Alexium on their own accord and were the ones really interested in covering Alexium and it the report wasn't paid for.

    Granted this statement was attributed to the previous CEO so depending on where you sit, you're welcome to take that with as much grain of salt as you like.
