I agree that there isn't some sinister institution out there manipulating share price and sentiment so that they can rob all the retail investors of their shares and there isn't a rush of institutions trying to buy into Alexium.
Conversely though it would be naive to think there there wasn't someone taking advantage of the weakness in retail sentiment to pick up shares as low a price as possible.
How else do you explain the bot buying? Off screen buys into the ask and then immediate 10 or 20 share sells into the ask to tick the price back down? Is that normal retail behaviour?
