Not sure about the first one as JPM is up 18M shares on last year which means either of them would have had to sell 3.3M for those numbers to add up - which would have triggered a change in substantial holdings announcement wouldn't it? Is it possible that holding was split between a few of the other new private entities? I seem to remember some broker data showing that JPM was still accumulating - would be good to see so we can confirm whether they've actually accumulated an extra 18M shares (which is huge news).

Note on the second one that Bond Street is part of the Macquarie group.
