These are certainly interesting times and comparisons to 1929 have no relevance in some areas.
Most of the bastions of the American Industrial age survived quite well in the 30's.
This time most of them will disappear before the depression even starts (if?)
I dont think the champagne corks will be popping at GM for New years but I would like to be wrong.
