    Guys, BUL are a bit of a joke in CSG industry. They seem to do everything right up to the drilling phase. Then they just butcher it completely, they seem to hire bunch of duds who don't really care. If they could get their act together, then it well could be a $2.00 SP. Management simply needs to spend some money on getting the best field staff and good rigs.
