yes, there simply has to be a lot of undisclosed stuff hidden in a dark corner somewhere that will have to come out sooner or later....
will most likely be massive debts, then equally as huge write downs etc etc.
then the lawyers and class actions will start. amazing thing with the class actions however is that even if the company does abide by full disclosure (which they should) do investors think that will give them any better result? in effect poor disclosure gives investors a chance to head for the door if they follow the chart, a sudden major shock as a result of good disclosure could see 75% written off a market cap in one day.
