Being an ECE holder, this must be one of the classic win/win "deals" in recent years. I have NO doubt that EC can and will raise the money, so TLM adds $40mill to their MC plus plus and ECE gets ore at .50cents a pound with the biggest in the business as next door neighbours to sell to. I am just waiting to see everything come through the wash but at first flush looks to be a boomer for both and market will react in due course. Enjoy.
