    I can't possibly understand how a market can be manipulated right before our eyes and the authorities simply go on about their business as though nothing has happened. Can someone explain to me how the current market quotes of 6.2c buyer and 7.7c seller are possibly genuine and reflect what is truly occurring in the market place.
    The same also appears to be happening to Lcy
