Just posted on XJO when I meant the above - either way - doesn't matter:
The Chinese Gov't is buying whatever - wherever they can that is not US$$ denominated (notice how most asian mkt's decided not to follow HK tdy)
.. of course when they finally step aside it sets up our regions mkt's for some pretty impressive volatilty .. also don't forget our Investment Banker friends who have an inkling of what is happening and are riding the gov'ts coatails - both prop (I suspect both ways and research)... when it ends - it will be spectacular .. IMHO ...
