Without knowing the exact terms of the arrangement we are all making assumptions Pala provide finance via several different options.

I guess its hard to make comparisons as PEN might be in a better position,e.g low Capex and Opex Closer to production then Rockwell etc etc. We would have to think that Gus would do whats Best For the shareholders as you need capital in order progress the business, remember we need capital a injection other wise how can we grow the business?

The other Rockwell deal with Pala, might not be as favourable as our arrangement ( hence why it states hostile bid)
