Goes something like this.
On the news broadcast the weatherman predicted 8 inches of snow overnight. It didnt happen so the next night the female newsreader on her "throw" to the weatherman said
"And where is the 8 inches that you promised me last night?"
Apparently the weatherman was unable to complete the broadcast.
