Hi OOO since the April spike in sp the sp has been in a downtrend and disconnected from the oil price. The only difference I can find to explain it is the fact that shorts have gone from around 20 million in April to around 110 million today and whilst it may not sound like much with very low volume over that period its easy to see from the chart who is winning. The comparison below is Brent V FAR. For the first time I can see FAR is disconnected from Brent. This time 12 months ago Brent was $38 our sp was 8c today Brent is ~$55 our sp is 7.
So our sp has dropped by 13% and oil has gone up by ~ 45%. I can't understand how anyone can say they don't see why FAR should be trading higher. If the only thing we have to value the company by is the price of Brent then clearly we should be much higher. We aren't because of shorting IMO DB
