I suspect the market is paying attention to the Target Metrics - esp the shorts (16% or so of MC). Things are going in the right direction. What would the SP be if they can hit those targets? $2.50 or more? The market is always crystal ball gazing. Strategy does sound good, as does the clean-out of lines that were not part of the plan.
