It's been a hard few days in the market. There's a sea of red. But MAD has had a good run over the last few months. No one can complain. Hold it for a while. Things will change at some point.
I remember readers of Sydney Morning Herald up in arms at the pace at which property mkt was rising and that it was unaffordable. Then the readers were suggesting that the property buyers should simply go on strike and refuse to buy. But now there's suggestion that the property mkt has somewhat pulled up. I'm not suggesting that property is cheap but property may have slowed down a little.
MAD will slow up and then take off and then slow up again. Very volatile. But given the ANNs I think it would be wise to weather the storm and hold. Things will change.
