If you were one of the few you would realise that Thomas and those who had not seen what Thomas had seen but believed were blessed. Thomas was blessed through recognition by Jesus that he saw Jesus as his Lord and his God and the others were blessed because they believed that Jesus was their Lord and their God even though they had not seen what Thomas had seen.
John 20:
28 Thomas said to him, “My Lord and my God!”
29 Then Jesus told him, “Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”
Jesus affirms Thomas's statement which is a blessing, and those who believe that Jesus is their Lord and their God were blessed.
