Are you paying attention to the highlight, "who sits on the throne" = that one is the God and Father, the one that Jesus defined as the only true God, when he was here.

No one can see God the Father, wotsup. You are seeing God in the form of the 'us' and 'our' in the beginning, in the form of the deity of Christ.
