Futhermore SKG has no punitive measures in this "binding" contract with the Russians.

IF the Russians do not proceed SKG have nothing!

The Director leaving did not see it.

Cornells do not see it......thats why they are charging and getting 18% interest and SKG has NO access to the other funds until this $850k is repaid.

Sure is a lot hanging on one deal.
