Thats the problem Brad...........its not changed in anyway shape or form.

SKG have NOT yet received the money.

There is NO punitive measures against the Russians for not doing the business.

SKG signed and announced they expect to get the money.


Like i said Brad....IF SKG do not get it.....its in real trouble.
