Bear with me. Just been reported in a number of twitter accounts by Journalists...
This is about oil, then it's about the North - South (Legitimate army vs Southern movement). These changes either reflect the will of the President or the coalition - it IMO does not reflect the will of the Moslem Brotherhood. The theme I'm leading to is more like the KSA trying to get more out of the war and hence restrict the activities of Iran through Houthi. The oil embargo in the South Governorate of Hadramout is really what all South Governorates are complaining about - the lack of aid where there is no war! The Governor of Hadramout is lacking funds all the way back to 2016.
